I grew up in a small town.

My family was in business there. So were most of the families I knew. The roofer down the street, the contractor who fixed our HVAC, the dentist on Main, the auto shop two blocks over — every one of them was a family running a small operation, working long hours, doing good work, and quietly losing customers in ways they couldn't see.

I didn't have language for it then. I just knew small businesses were hard. The good ones still struggled. The owner-operators wore eight hats and couldn't catch their breath, and somehow the big chains kept getting bigger.

That stuck with me. It's a big part of why SecureYourLeads exists.

The thing I noticed at a friend's clinic

A close friend of mine runs a clinic that does ketamine and NAD infusions — treatments that aren't widely available and that help people who often haven't been helped elsewhere.

A few times a week, he goes live on TikTok. Real lives, not edited content. He pulls in anywhere from three thousand to nine thousand viewers — people coming and going, asking real questions about treatments, depression, anxiety, brain fog, recovery, dosing, what to expect. He answers them on camera, patiently, every time.

I started watching.

What I saw, after a few weeks of these lives, was that he was answering the same twenty questions over and over. Same questions every live. Same patience. Same hour of his time, gone, every time he went on.

And the leads were coming in — viewers DMing the page, filling out the form, asking the same things in writing that he'd just spent an hour answering on the live. Most of them never got a response in time. Some did, but not for hours. By the time he sat down at his computer, the conversation had moved on without him.

The pain point I saw was actually two pain points stacked:

  1. He was burning hours of his own time answering the same FAQ live, every week
  2. The leads coming out of those lives were going cold while he was still on the live

So I sketched something for him. A landing page that surfaced the FAQ he kept answering, captured the leads who watched, and routed them straight into his clinic's intake — without him needing to be at his computer.

That's the page that became his clinic's first real lead-capture system. And that's the moment SecureYourLeads stopped being an idea and became a real thing.

What I started seeing everywhere

Once I'd seen the pattern at his clinic, I started seeing it everywhere — and especially in the home services world I'd grown up around.

Roofers missing the storm-damage call at 7 PM because the office is closed. HVAC techs on a job, can't pick up the phone, lose the next call. Contractors with form fills sitting in an inbox nobody's checking until Monday morning. Plumbers whose missed calls don't even get a text back, let alone a callback.

Different industries. Same exact problem.

The marketing was usually fine. People were finding these businesses — through Google, social media, word of mouth, ads. People were filling out forms, calling, DMing, leaving voicemails after hours.

What was broken was everything that happened after the lead came in. The gap between "lead came in" and "someone responded" was where the money was leaking out.

Not because the leads were bad.

Because nobody got to them in time.

The thing that bothered me

Here's the part I couldn't get past: this problem is solved at the enterprise level.

If you're a $500M software company, your sales team has Salesforce alerts, Slack pings, automated routing, AI qualification, paid speed-to-lead software. The lead never goes cold. They've measured every minute and built a system around it.

If you're a single-location clinic, a small roofing crew, or a 4-person service business? You've got a Google Voice number, a Calendly link, and a prayer. The same problem exists — and it's actually worse for you, because you can't afford to miss a single lead. But none of the tools are built for you.

The big platforms aren't trying to serve small operators. The marketing agencies will happily sell you more leads. Nobody's just helping you keep the ones you already paid for.

That gap is what SecureYourLeads exists to close.

What we actually do

The short version: we build a system that responds to every lead within 60 seconds — every form fill, every missed call, every DM — whether you're at the desk or asleep or in a procedure or on a roof.

Not a tool you have to learn. Not another dashboard. Not a 12-month implementation. We build it for you, on top of the calendar and phone you already have, and we get it live in days.

What you experience is simpler than that. A lead comes in. Within a minute, they get a real response — by text, voice, or DM, depending on how they reached out. If they're qualified, they end up on your calendar. If they're not, they don't. You wake up to bookings instead of a backlog.

That's the whole thing.

Why this is personal

I'll be honest about the bigger reason I'm doing this.

Small service businesses are how a lot of families in this country actually make a living. They're how my family made a living. They're how most of the people I grew up around made a living. And right now, those businesses are getting squeezed from every direction — rising costs, harder hiring, marketing that gets more expensive every year, and customers who expect faster responses than ever.

I can't fix all of that. But the lead-loss problem? That one I can help with. And I think if you fix it for enough small operators, it adds up to something that matters.

So that's what we're here for.

If your phone closes at 6 PM but your leads come in at 9 PM — or if you've ever opened your inbox in the morning and felt that "where did all of these go?" feeling — we should probably talk.
